Few days ago we have hit 1.000.000 files stored. 1M file was uploaded by user Freedomekjvbible who has received Fliiby Plus+ lifetime membership from us.
This was our long awaited objective, we couldn’t do it without you people!

File Library Explained

We have put together document called File Library Explained in order to explain key concepts of file library service, it’s privacy model, features and how they work.
We truly urge you to check it how you would get familiar what Fliiby is capable off, what you can do with it, how new file sharing mechanism works, how much your files are secure etc.

New Fliiby Privacy Model

There where major changes to whole service with launch of new version. We took very strong approach to security, privacy and quality. New Upload & Management application enables to you easily backup, share and publish files, with who you want - the way you want.

Upload and Management

You can now create sub folders structure, fetch/wget files from various of sites (youtube.com, vimeo.com, rapidshare.com, scribd.com…), share them with friends or group of friends, use file encryption to protect your data, download multiple files at once, preview almost everything from images, audio, video, flash to documents.

Fliiby 4 Years

Today is four years since we launched fliiby.com online back in Aug 2007.
Since then, we together, have created collection of 1.000.000 files,
with over 20.000.000 downloads delivered and 300.000.000 views of the same.
Pretty impressive resume don’t you think (:

We had small Fliiby Party here in our office in Zrenjanin, Serbia.
We celebrated 4 years of project, 3 years of company and had promotion on new version (V2) of fliiby.com

So It’s official : ETA of Fliiby V2 is 10-14 days.
We shell be sending some beta invites to old friends and users to take a look and help us little in debugging.
So check back in week or two, new system will be up and it is a game changer!
You don’t want to miss it!

Ads free week + USB’s give away

From 24th September till 1st October, we shell have Ads Free Week. This will be great period to experience fliiby.com in whole new “ads free” way. We know how much advertising interrupts yours experience, and we hate those ads as much as you do. Yet, idealism does not pays bills. We simply got to keep this servers running. In this game of “Advertising”, end users are those who suffer the most.
